Rural Affordable Housing

Before the Parish council meeting , Kester Horn of Space Partnerships will be talking about Rural Affordable Housing. The Council will discuss whether it should take any action as a result of this information during the meeting.  Everybody welcome.
Several local residents attended this discussion, which was primarily about the possibility of using a Rural Exception Site for affordable housing for Darley people.
It resulted in the Council agreeing that the first step was to find out if there was any demand for such housing. To this end a questionnaire will be circulated with the next issue of Focus on Darley.
