The library is run by volunteers from the local community and is based in Christ Church Community Centre. The books are supplied by North Yorkshire County Council Library Service and these are changed four times per year. The stock includes books for children, young readers, teenagers and has fiction and non-fiction with a few large print books.
Just leave your name and address (email too if possible) on a card with one of our volunteers and you are ready to start borrowing.

Books borrowed from Darley can only be returned to Darley. We cannot accept books from other NYCC libraries. We cannot use your unwanted books.
If you can spare an hour every so often, please make contact with our coordinator, Richard Vaughan 780130 or email us.
